Covid-19 Status of Operations Update

Covid-19 Status of Operations

San Juans Vision Source has implemented strong measures to keep our patients, employees, and clinics safe during the COVID-19 outbreak. This is so we can continue to see patients who require an in-person visit with their provider.

For the safety of our patients and staff, our offices are open to pre-screened visits only. We are not open for walk-in encounters at this time.

San Juans Vision Source can now provide certain types of care through a telemedicine visit. This offers added convenience for our patients and further reduces COVID-19 exposure risk within our offices. In the coming weeks, staff may reach out to you to change an existing in-office visit to telemedicine. You may also request a telemedicine visit when you call to schedule an appointment.

Additional safety measures taken by our offices include but are not limited to:

• Dispensing hand sanitizer upon entering our office
• Limiting surface contact for patients by eliminating the need for signatures
• Limiting appointment slots to ensure appropriate social distancing
• No longer accepting cash payments. Payment can be made on-line
